At Childsplay Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn designer items with original tags attached. Please ensure all footwear is returned in the original, undamaged designer box to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns page to enter your order number and email address to initiate your request.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels, authenticity cards, and dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing any old shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
